Amy Goode, CPA, MBA, Partner
Amy Goode earned her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Kansas State University in 1990 and earned a Master's Degree in Management from Rockhurst College in 1995.
She began her practice of public accounting with KPMG, providing audit and tax services to clients in various industries. She has worked in various management roles for Fortune 500 companies and developed comprehensive business process improvement tools including activity based costing and balance scorecard metrics. She takes pride in assisting small business owners in operations, sales and tax strategies.
She has served on the board of the Kansas Society of CPAs and has served as an instructor in a variety of capacities.
Amy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), and the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants (KSCPA). She is married to Mark Goode and is the mother of 4 children.
Angela Eberhart, CPA, Partner
Angela has twenty years of accounting and management experience including a strategic overall business perspective. Angela graduated with honors from Emporia State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree specializing in Accounting.
Her work history includes both public accounting and private industry experience. Her experience includes accounting, payroll, QuickBooks support, new business setups, tax planning, controllership functions, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and cash flow management.
Angela has experience with the very specialized oil and gas industry. As a member of Eastern Kansas Oil and Gas Association, Angela has taken opportunities to learn all facets of the oil and gas industry as it pertains to clients in Eastern Kansas. Angela has experience in teaching clients the intricacies the oil and gas industry; which includes issues relating to tangible and intangible drilling costs, depletion, working interests, and gross domestic product credit.
Michelle Helten, Account Executive
Michelle Helten is an Account Executive responsible for growing business relationships in the Wichita market by understanding client’s business needs and issues and creating solutions. Michelle manages revenue cycle management services for healthcare clients in the Wichita market and NetSuite training and implementation services for a variety of clients nationally.
Heather Wright, Principal
Heather received her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Emporia State University.
She has over 10 years of public accounting experience. Her experience includes on-site accounting support, payroll processing, QuickBooks Support and Training, cash flow management and job costing as well as individual and business tax return preparation.
She is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and is an active participant of the Intuit Accountants panel that provides direct feedback to QuickBooks for continued user improvement and ease of use.
When she is not crunching numbers for her clients she enjoys spending time with her husband Jonathan and son Nathan.
Jennifer Callahan, CPA, Director of Accounting
Jennifer is an experienced business consultant with experience in a variety of Controller/CFO roles and was Audit Manager for Deloitte and Touche, LLP. She has extensive financial reporting and human resources experience. She also has a strong background in budgeting and forecasting, coordination of annual audits, project administration and accounting, financial reporting to boards of directors, and IRS reporting.
Jennifer holds her B.S.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Creighton University. Additionally, she is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Kansas.
Michele Martin, VP of Client Services
Michele has over twenty years of experience providing meaningful financial analysis for her clients. This includes understanding her client’s needs and business challenges. She partners with her clients to provide valuable business analytics, financial reporting, trending, budgeting, valuation-merger analysis and metric scorecards. Michele enjoys and takes pride in delivering straightforward-actionable solutions that help her clients manage their business.
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Pittsburg State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Rockhurst University. Before joining Meridian Business Services, Michele held various management positions with Fortune 500 companies and in the private industry. She was responsible for financial analysis and reporting, pricing, merger analysis and due diligence, business case support and competitive analysis.
